Exporting Well Data

Overview

Well data can be exported from p:IGI+ and Transform projects. This is used to transfer data between projects.

How to use in practice

The Export is very simple. In essence your only option is to select whether or not to open the export folder in Windows Explorer once export is done. All wells within the current project will be exported into a file with the .igi_well extension, which can then be easily imported into other projects using the well import option.

Selecting to Export will bring up a file picker where you can select the name of the export file you want to create.

The export dialogue will remain open by default to indicate the successful export. Close to proceed.
